How do I edit participant information?

Maintain up-to-date records by uploading consent forms and documents, tracking each participant's research stage, noting interview dates, and correctly associating transcripts with participants. This comprehensive approach ensures that your research is organized, compliant, and efficient, facilitating smoother progress and enhancing the integrity of your findings.

1. Choose the project where you wish to review your participants' records

Choose an existing project to add participants, or start a new project

2. Participant Management: Filter by Stage or View All

Filter your participants by stage, or select 'All' to view everyone associated with the chosen study.

3. Update the information

Click the 'Edit' button to modify participant information.

4. Secure Consent Form Management for IRB Compliance

  • Participant Status: Choose the appropriate status for your participant: Identified, Qualified, Data Collection Pending, Data Collection Completed, No Answer. Tracking everyone's progress helps you achieve your research goals more efficiently
  • Consent Form Signed: Monitor the date when each consent form was signed. Detailed records ensure compliance with project regulations.
  • Scheduled Interview Date/Time: Track the scheduled date for each interview
  • Interview Completed Date: Record the date when the interview was concluded

To delete a participant, simply select the toggle button located on the lower left side.

Note: To link a participant record to the transcript file, please choose the corresponding option during the upload process.
