How can I download a transcription?

You will be notified via email once your transcript is complete. To download the final document, please access our platform. For security purposes, we do not send files via email.

  • Navigate to the "Transcripts" section in the left menu
  • Choose Completed.
  • Click the Download button on the right side.
    • Download Transcript Process
  • Go to your 'Download' folder to see your final document.
