How can I request a transcript?
This step-by-step guide helps you easily submit a request and obtain your transcripts, ensuring accurate and timely results for your audio files.

Step 1: Navigate to Transcripts
Select the plus sign (+) next to Transcripts in the left menu.
Fill out the required information for your transcript, including:
- Number of Speakers
- Preferred Turnaround Time
- Link your transcript to a specific project. Once you have a project, you can also organize it by adding it to a specific folder within the project.
Step 2: Customize Your Transcript Formatting
Next, navigate to the Transcript Formatting section and provide additional details, such as:
- Desired File Formats: Choose the format you want your transcript in.
- Timestamps: Indicate if timestamps are needed.
- Verbatim Data Capture: Select if you need every word captured.
- Data De-identification: Opt for removing sensitive data if required.
- Additional Notes: Add any special instructions or preferences for your transcript.
Step 3: Upload Your Files
Once all details are complete, start uploading your files:
- You can upload files directly from your computer.
Uploading Large or Multiple Files
When uploading large files or multiple files in a single ticket, the upload time depends on the speed and quality of your internet connection.

Step 4: Confirm Your Details and Submit
After uploading your files, review all the transcription details to ensure everything is correct.
- Once verified, click Finish: Submit, and we'll begin processing your request.
- Once your order is submitted, you'll see a confirmation screen with the What Would You Like to Do Next? menu.
From here, you can choose to:
- Create a New Transcript Request
- View all Transcripts
- Close the Request
