What are your turnaround times?

Our transcription services are designed to deliver prompt and efficient results, with a standard turnaround time of 3 to 5 business days.

• • This means, for example, if you submit an audio file on a Monday, you can anticipate receiving the completed transcription on Thursday, or at the latest, by the following Monday.

Rush turnaround

For English-to-English transcription, expedited delivery within three business days of receiving your files is available at an additional charge. Rush is never free.

• • Rush service is only available for transcriptions in English.
• • We do not currently offer rush options for translation projects.
• • Rush service is not available for files submitted after 3:00 pm MST on Fridays.
