How do you protect research data?
We implement multiple layers of enterprise-grade security:
- Encryption: SSL/TLS encryption for all file transfers and storage
- Access controls: Role-based access with multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Audits: Regular security audits of our platform and internal processes
- Staff training: Mandatory Protecting Human Research Participants (PHRP) training for all team members
- Infrastructure: Built on AWS with SOC 2 compliance
Are you HIPAA compliant?
Yes, Landmark is fully HIPAA-compliant. Our secure platform maintains all your files confidential, and all staff complete PHRP training and sign NDAs before accessing any research data.
