Step 2: Transcript Dynamics

From creating a ticket to getting your transcripts.

1. Create a new Ticket

In the left side menu, locate the 'Transcripts' option. Simply click on the '+' sign to begin creating your ticket

2. Set up ticket specifications

You will then be taken to a window where you will be asked to provide the specific details for your audio file.

Step 1: Transcript information

  1. Transcript Name

    The title desired for your Transcription.

  2. Number of participants

    Add the number of participants.

  3. Source Language

  4. Target Language

  5. Turnaround Time

    In the 'Turnaround Time' section, you can select either standard or rush service to meet your specific transcription timeline needs.

  6. Triggering Content

    Informs our transcriptionists in advance, allowing them to be mentally prepared for the material they will transcribe.

  7. Add to Folder

    A folder will help you organize your data.

    doc, docx, xslx, PDF, txt, RFT, SRT

  2. Timestamps

  3. Strict Verbatim or Non-verbatim Transcription

  4. Number lines / Non-venacular Data Capture

  5. Track Speakers

    Select this option if you need a different label per participant.

  1. Select the option “Upload your files” and start uploading your recordings

*Please remember to press ‘’Start Upload’’ for your files to start uploading

  1. If you do not wish your whole Audio to be transcribed, please select the checkbox " No, partial-length” want my whole audio file transcribed" and set up the right time.

Step 4: Confirm your order

  1. Review all your information and clic on ‘’Finish’’ to submit your order

3. Create a new Ticket or wait for your Ticket to be processed

  1. You can keep creating tickets with the same setup, create new ones from scratch, or simply wait for your tickets to be processed.
