1. Create a new Translation Request

In the left side menu, locate the 'Translation' option. Simply click on the '+' sign to begin creating your ticket

2. Set up translation specifications

• Translation Document Name: The title desired for your Transcription.
• My File is in: Source Language
• Translate it to: Target Language
• File Format: Format desired: Word, Excel, PDF, Image (JPG, PNG), Power Point, DTP, HTML, Others.
• Special requirements: Anything you wish your translator to know about your document.
• Total Words in the Source Document: Specify how many words you need translated.
• This file has potentially triggering content: Please check this box if your submission includes content that might be considered sensitive or triggering. This allows us to handle your material with the appropriate care and sensitivity. We appreciate your courtesy in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

3. Upload Files

• Select the option ‘Upload your files’ and start uploading your Document
